Product Intelligence Studio

Side-by-side analysis of software tools.

Overview

The Product Studio POC helps businesses create, manage, and optimize products with AI-powered insights and automation. It streamlines everything from initial setup to ongoing management, reducing guesswork and improving decision-making.

  • Smart Product Creation: Guided setup with AI-generated descriptions, SKUs, and real-time suggestions.

  • Market Intelligence: Live research and pricing insights based on current trends and data.

  • Competitive Analysis: Automatic competitor tracking, SWOT analysis, and strategic recommendations.

  • Product Management: Centralized library with easy editing, image uploads, and detailed product cards.

  • Smart Import: Pulls product details directly from URLs, supporting both single and bulk imports.

  • Data Export & Backup: Exports enriched product data and insights for safe storage and reuse.

By combining market intelligence, automation, and product management in one platform, Product Studio helps teams launch smarter, faster, and with greater confidence.

How it works

Product Studio doesn’t rely on just one AI. Instead, it combines three powerful systems { Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT-5/4o, and the SERP API } to give you accurate, strategic, and reliable product insights. Think of it like a team: one is a strategist, one is a data organizer, and one is a live researcher.

The Orchestration System

1. The Conductor (Intelligent Agent)

There’s a central “orchestrator” that coordinates the APIs. When you ask a question (like “What should I price my smart home device?”), here’s what happens:

  • Step 1: Claude and GPT both generate different search queries in parallel.

  • Step 2: The SERP API runs those queries live on the web and pulls back pricing, competitor, and market data.

  • Step 3: Claude and GPT analyze the results separately, each focusing on different parts of the data.

2. Cross-Validation (Fact-Checking Loop)

The system doesn’t just take AI answers at face value. It checks them in three stages:

  1. Query Generation: Both Claude and GPT suggest searches to cover all angles.

  2. Grounding: SERP fetches live evidence from the web.

  3. Validation: Each AI’s answers are compared against SERP data and against each other. If both agree and the evidence backs it up, confidence in the result goes way up.

3. The Roles of Each API

  • Anthropic Claude → Strategic brain: analyzes markets, pricing, positioning, SWOTs, and gives business advice.

  • OpenAI GPT-5/4o → Data organizer: generates clean, structured output (JSON), SKUs, tags, and extracts factual claims for checking.

  • SERP API → Researcher: pulls real-time data like live prices, competitor listings, and trends.

Together, they balance each other: Claude handles strategy, GPT ensures structure and precision, and SERP keeps everyone grounded in real-world facts.

4. A Real Example (Pricing a Smart Home Device)

  1. Your input: “How should I price my smart home device?”

  2. Claude queries: “IoT home automation market prices,” “connected device cost analysis.”

  3. GPT queries: “Smart home pricing strategy,” “home automation device pricing.”

  4. SERP API: Runs all searches at once, returns competitor prices, trend data, reports.

  5. Claude: Looks at half the results and gives strategic advice.

  6. GPT: Looks at the other half and produces structured price comparisons.

  7. Validation: The system checks their answers against real SERP data and each other, then calculates a confidence score.

  8. Final Output: You get recommendations plus reliability indicators (so you know how trustworthy the result is).

5. Safety Nets & Optimization

  • If one API fails, the others still carry on.

  • Queries are retried if something goes wrong.

  • Results are cached so repeated questions are faster.

  • Every answer is tied to evidence, so “hallucinations” are minimized.

In short: Product Studio’s API system is like a three-person research team.

  • Claude = strategist

  • GPT = data manager

  • SERP = live researcher

They work in parallel, check each other’s work, and only deliver recommendations backed by real evidence.
